Alan Cassidy is a highly experienced and dedicated general dentist with more than 20 years in practice. Having graduated from Dundee Dental School in 2004, he has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional dental care in a relaxed, comfortable and welcoming environment. Alan is known for his calm, down‑to‑earth manner and his ability to put patients at ease from their very first visit. Alan takes great pride in helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. His clinical interests include smile makeovers and oral surgery, and he has a strong passion for patient education and preventative dentistry. He firmly believes that empowering patients with the right knowledge is key to maintaining long‑term oral health. Alongside his clinical work, Alan has spent many years supporting newly qualified dentists as a dental trainer, guiding them through their vocational training year and helping them develop their skills and confidence. Outside the practice, Alan enjoys spending time on the golf course and can often be found cheering on his daughter at her football matches. He is currently welcoming private patients and those joining through the mydentist Dental Plan.
