Athina Anastasiou graduated as a Dental Surgeon from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2023, before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Administration and Organisation of Health and Social Care Services at the same university’s Medical School in 2025. During her studies, Athina worked as a dental nurse for three years, which gave her valuable experience in patient care and helped her develop a calm, compassionate approach to dentistry from an early stage of her career. Following graduation, she worked as a general dentist in Cyprus for 2 years before relocating to the UK in 2025. Athina is passionate about creating a relaxed, positive experience for every patient, helping nervous patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout. She has a special interest in dentures, root canal treatments, and teeth straightening, combining gentle care with attention to detail to help patients regain confident smiles. Committed to continuous professional development, Athina has participated in several dental conferences across Greece, where she presented research work and expanded her clinical knowledge. Athina is warm and friendly and has become especially popular with younger patients thanks to her signature elephant balloons handed out after appointments. Outside of dentistry, Athina enjoys swimming, the gym, and learning new things.
