Following graduation, he spent many years working within the University of Wroclaw's Oral Surgery Department while also managing a successful private dental practice. In 1995, after completing his specialist training, he passed the National Qualifying Examination in Oral Surgery. After relocating to the UK in 2006, he joined NHS Highland as a Senior General Dental Practitioner, further broadening his clinical experience.
