Dr Errika Glykeria Rountou was born and raised in Greece. She began her dental education in 1999, enrolling as an international student in the Department of Odontology at Umeå University in Sweden, after already achieving a Swedish language proficiency qualification. She graduated in 2004 with a Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). After qualifying, Dr Errika started her career in a family-owned private dental practice in Greece, where she developed her skills in general dentistry and patient care. In 2010, she moved to the UK and worked in several practices across Bristol, providing both NHS and private dental treatment. Since relocating to Gloucestershire in 2018, she has continued to support patients with their oral health needs. Committed to ongoing professional development, Dr Errika has completed postgraduate training in areas including short-term orthodontics and the Six Month Smiles system. She takes a personalised, gentle and caring approach to dentistry, with a focus on prevention, early intervention and minimally invasive treatment whenever possible. Outside of practice, Dr Errika enjoys reading, writing and spending time with her family.
