Laura Devine is originally from Hull and studied dentistry at the University of Leeds, qualifying with honours in 2007. She completed her foundation year with our practice, where she quickly became known for her warm, approachable manner and her natural ability to put patients at ease. In 2008, she joined us as an associate and has been a valued and dedicated member of the team ever since. Over the years, Laura has developed a strong passion for special care dentistry and feels privileged to support such a diverse group of patients. She currently divides her time between working two days a week at mydentist Hessle and one day a week treating special care adults in Hull — a role that allows her to make a meaningful difference to individuals with additional needs. A fun fact about Laura is that she is an identical mirror twin, which often leads to amusing mix‑ups when people confuse her with her sister. Outside of work, she enjoys planning family activities and spending quality time with her loved ones.
