Dr Muhammad Khan, who prefers to be called Idrees, graduated from the University of Leeds in 2025 and joined the practice in October of the same year. He provides NHS treatment as a Foundation Dentist as part of Dental Foundation Training, working closely with his mentor and long‑standing dentist at the practice, Ella Dresner Black. Idrees has quickly become a valued member of the team, known for his kind nature, professionalism and the genuine care he shows every patient. He takes time to explain treatment options clearly, ensuring patients feel well‑informed, comfortable and confident in their decisions. His calm, friendly manner helps put even the most nervous patients at ease, and he consistently receives positive feedback for the supportive experience he provides. Outside of work, Idrees enjoys spending time with his friends and family—especially when his mum is cooking, as his delicious leftover lunches often make the team jealous. A dedicated foodie, he loves discovering new restaurants and sharing his latest finds (and photos) with his nurse.
