Originally from Taiwan, Po-Chao Huang, who goes by Lawrence, graduated in 2023 from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid, Spain. He returned to Taiwan immediately after graduation to successfully pass the National Dental Examination, and later moved to the United Kingdom, joining our mydentist family in Dean Road in 2024.
Lawrence works primarily as an NHS dentist, while also offering a selection of private treatments. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and basic Spanish, ensuring that patients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable and understood.
Following graduating, Lawrence continues to develop his skill set by attending and completing various training courses and is currently studying with Tipton Training on restorative and operative and aesthetics.
Outside of his clinical work, Lawrence enjoys working out at the gym and travelling around the UK to attend professional development courses in dentistry. He values the opportunity to learn from experienced clinicians across different fields while exploring new places and cultures. Lawrence also likes exploring the North East to find the best fish and chips.
