"Richard comes from Wakefield in West Yorkshire. He qualified in 1997 from Newcastle University and has worked continuously in general practice.
Richard has owned and run his own practices as well as working for a number of well-regarded independent and corporate owned dental practices in the North East and Yorkshire. Richard has a continuing commitment to post-graduate education and is a member the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) and the British Dental Association as well as the North East Private Dentists group (NEPD).
With a strong interest in orthodontics, particularly invisible braces, he has extensive experienced in Invisalign having used aligners for over 20 years. His other interests include cosmetic dentistry, bonding, smile makeovers and the treatment of anxious patients.
Outside of dentistry, Richard enjoys spending time with his children. He really enjoys walking his dogs Monty, Rory, cooking and keeping fit.
