Sahar Iqrar qualified from the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan, in 2010. She taught dental students for 5 years and has published articles on a variety of dental subjects. She also worked in different specialities, including restorative and oral and maxillofacial departments. She has worked with a range of issues, including soft tissue lesions, including potentially cancerous and benign conditions. Sahar moved to the UK in 2023 and started working at mydentist Ashford in 2025, having previously worked at another mydentist practice in Suffolk. Sahar enjoys all aspects of dentistry, including whitening, dentures and dental crowns. She has a special interest in crowns and dentures. She also enjoys supporting patients with urgent dental care. Sahar has a friendly nature and a very calm approach to dentistry. She is very good with nervous and anxious patients. When not at work, she is often cooking, travelling with family and friends or spending time with her children.
