Zelal Gungor qualified as a dentist in Berlin, Germany, in 2003. After spending two years practising in Berlin, she moved to the UK, where she worked across Wiltshire and Humberside until 2013. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Dental Implantology in 2014 and was awarded an ITI (International Team for Implantology) Scholarship, undertaking research in Stuttgart before returning to practise in Dorset. Her main clinical interests include implantology, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. Zelal is committed to continually developing her skills and regularly attends national and international courses and conferences. Her training has taken her around the world, including Digital Smile Design (DSD) with Dr Coachman in Brazil, advanced programmes with Galip Gürel in Istanbul, the EAED (European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry), master courses in Switzerland, and further study at Harvard University in Boston. Zelal is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and takes great pride in transforming smiles. She enjoys helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their treatment journey. Outside of mydentist, she enjoys reading, travelling and continuing her professional development to ensure she consistently delivers high‑quality, patient‑focused care.
