Ziyad Al-Shezawi graduated from the University of Glasgow with a BDS in 2025 before completing his Dental Vocational Training. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. For Ziyad, dentistry is as much about the person as it is about their teeth. He takes a calm, friendly and approachable approach to patient care, enjoying the opportunity to get to know his patients and helping them feel comfortable, listened to and involved in decisions about their treatment. Ziyad particularly enjoys the creative and detail-focused side of dentistry and is committed to continually developing his skills and knowledge. He aims to provide thoughtful, high-quality care while creating an environment where patients can feel relaxed and confident throughout their dental journey, especially those who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist. Outside of dentistry, Ziyad enjoys a range of creative interests, including photography, fashion, interiors and design. He also loves travelling, discovering new places and finding new coffee spots around the city. When he’s not exploring his interests, he enjoys spending time with friends.
