Georgia Boile qualified as a dentist from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2021. She joined the mydentist Pocklington team in 2023 and provides both NHS and private dental care. Georgia takes a calm, efficient, and patient-focused approach, aiming to ensure every patient feels heard, comfortable, and supported throughout their treatment. She values building positive relationships with her patients and takes pride in providing personalised care tailored to their individual needs. Her goal is to help patients feel confident and at ease during every stage of their dental journey. She has a particular interest in dental implants and oral surgery and is committed to developing her skills in these areas. To support her ongoing professional development, Georgia has completed additional postgraduate training in implant dentistry and continues to build her knowledge and practical experience through further courses and clinical mentorship. Outside of dentistry, Georgia enjoys leading an active lifestyle. Her favourite pastimes include hiking, yoga and Pilates. She also enjoys travelling, discovering new places and attending live music concerts in her spare time.

Marisa Lumley-Holmes qualified at Newcastle University in 2008 and has been a valued member of our Pocklington practice team ever since. Providing both NHS and private dental care, she has experience treating patients of all ages and is committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs. Known for her gentle and friendly approach, Marisa takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental journey. She understands that visiting the dentist can be a source of anxiety for some people and particularly enjoys helping nervous patients build confidence and achieve healthier smiles in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Alongside her clinical role, Marisa plays an important part in supporting newly qualified dentists, providing guidance, advice, and mentorship as they build their skills and confidence. She has a special interest in teeth straightening and teeth whitening treatments and is a ClearCorrect accredited provider, helping patients enhance their smiles through personalised treatment plans. Committed to ongoing professional development, Marisa regularly undertakes further training to keep up to date with the latest techniques and advances in modern dentistry.
