Robert Stone Periodontist Qualified from: BDS University of Manchester 2016 GDC No: 268205

Rob qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester in 2016, he worked for several years in research at the Dental Public Health Unit in the collaboration between the University of Manchester and Colgate. During this time, he was involved with teaching undergraduate dental students at the University of Manchester. He worked for several years as a private hygienist in the Manchester area treating advanced cases of gum disease and then as an Associate Dentist in the Manchester area for the NHS. He completed his MSc in Periodontology at the University of Central Lancashire. He is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and an international member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Since then, Rob has worked in periodontics in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.Rob's interest is disease management, stabilising gum disease and preventing it's progression. Rob also has a keen interest in surgical periodontics providing regenerative, resective, flap surgery and recession coverage for advanced cases of periodontal disease.

Ijaz Hussain Endodontist Qualified from: Statutory Exam 2009 MFDS Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow 2005 BDS Peshawar 1996 GDC No: 176065

Dr Ijaz Hussain qualified as a dentist in 1996 after completing his studies at the University of Peshawar in Pakistan. He spent six years working in general practice before moving to the UK to further develop his clinical skills and experience. During this time, he held Senior House Officer posts across several NHS hospital trusts and achieved his MFDS (RCPS) qualification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2005. In 2009, Ijaz passed the ORE examination and completed his Dental Foundation Training the following year. He now works in general practice with a special interest in endodontics, having completed a Master’s degree in Endodontology at the University of Chester in 2017. This advanced training has strengthened his expertise in delivering high‑quality root canal treatments. Alongside his practice work, Ijaz is part of the Endodontology Department at Manchester Dental Hospital, where he manages complex endodontic cases as a Specialty Dentist. He also accepts referrals within the practice and is frequently consulted by colleagues for advice on challenging cases. In addition, he works as a Clinical Teacher in Endodontics at the University of Manchester, supervising qualified dentists undertaking specialist training.

Dr Ainsley Smith Lead Clinician Qualified from: BDS University of Manchester 2004 GDC No: 83527

Dr Ainsley Smith graduated from the University of Manchester in 2004 and began his career in Sandbach before joining the Winsford practice in 2013. Ainsley completed a PGCert in Restorative Dentistry with Tipton Training in 2013, followed by an MSc (Distinction) in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Manchester in 2015. He is currently studying for a PGCert in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice at Edge Hill University. Alongside his clinical work, Ainsley is actively involved in dental education. He trains graduate Dental Therapists and Dentists, works as an Educational Supervisor for Dental Therapists, and is an Honorary Tutor at the University of Manchester Dental Hospital, where he supports the education of postgraduate dentists. As a restorative dentist, Ainsley focuses on stabilising oral health to ensure suitability for more complex restorative treatments. He has a particular interest in high-quality denture work and the management of advanced tooth wear cases, helping to improve his patients’ quality of life. In 2023, he began providing ClearCorrect aligners to patients. Outside of dentistry, Ainsley enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is passionate about hill walking and climbing and, in his downtime, enjoys learning about space and physics.

Amelia graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018, joining one of our Winsford practices soon after and following us into our 2022 merge. Amelia is skilled in all manners of general dentistry, always wanting to provide treatment that offers the best clinical outcomes for her patients. Amelia is one of our Invisalign providers, offering teeth straightening with clear aligners to aid cosmetic and oral wellbeing. Amelia also enjoys other aspects of cosmetic dentistry including composite bonding, porcelain veneers, and crowns. For patients concerned about their overall facial appearance, Amelia is able to offer anti-wrinkle injections to help patients achieve full confidence.

Ayah Sadek GDP Qualified from: BDS University of Birmingham 2022 GDC No: 302468

Ayah was born and raised in Manchester from Iraqi heritage, though decided to attend the University of Birmingham to study dentistry, graduating in July 2022. Ayah worked in Southport before joining the team here in Winsford in September 2023 where she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially root fillings and restorative work. Ayah has a very calm style of dentistry, ensuring that even the most anxious of patients are happy and given the time and information to fully understand their treatment options. Ayah also offers teeth whitening for patients who wish to brighten their smile using Philips Zoom and premium teeth whitening with Enlighten. Outside of work, whilst she does love to travel, Ayah is at home when in the company of her friends and family whom she often bakes for; she claims she is 'known for her cookies and brownies!'

Bhawika Nana GDP Qualified from: BDS University of Manchester 1999 GDC No: 75795

Bhawika was born in Zambia and moved to the UK when she was 11 years old. Bhawika qualified from the University of Manchester in 1999 and began working in Blackpool and throughout the North West, eventually joining us here at {my}dentist Winsford in April 2023. Bhawika enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, though particularly enjoys root canal treatments and extractions. She also undertakes some light cosmetic work including white fillings and prescribing professional home-kit teeth whitening treatments to her patients. Outside of work, Bhawika lives with her partner and son. She has a keen interest in photography, cooking, gardening, travelling, but particularly art and the technique of tangling.

Sana is an experienced dentist with a special interest in Aesthetic,Restorative Dentistry and Implants. She qualified from Lahore (BDS 2008) and began practicing in the UK after passing the ORE in 2016. In 2019, she achieved the MFDS diploma from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons,Glasgow. Dedicated to patient care, Sana is skilled at helping nervous patients. With a passion to excel and provide high quality treatments, she has completed, PGcert Aesthetic Dentistry, PGcert Restorative Dentistry RCS (eng) and attended PGDIP Aesthetic Dentistry from the prestigious specialist centre ,Tipton Training. Edyta Dyner GDP Qualified from: Lek Dent Katowice 1994 GDC No: 102556

Edyta qualified from the Silesian Medical Academy in Poland in 1994, going on to complete a postgraduate course and obtaining the title: Specialist in Restorative Dentistry. Edyta joined the dental team at {my}dentist Winsford in 2006. She has completed many advanced courses including: "Smile Design" and "Aesthetic Zone" at King’s College London, "Occlusion in Everyday Dentistry" at the British Dental Association and "Direct Restorations" at Optident International Development Center. Highly committed to a preventive approach to dentistry, Edyta helps her patients attain and retain excellent dental health.Whilst enjoying general dentistry, Edyta is also enjoys offering facial aesthetic treatments. She attends annual conferences and Symposiums so she can offer the latest products and techniques to patients. She is certified to prescribe and administer Botox and dermal fillers, highly trained in Dermaroller micro-needling, Mesotherapy, skincare and chemical peels, and is a member of CMAC (Complications in Medical Aesthetics). Edyta has a keen interest in providing a natural look to the patient; to preserve a personal beauty using biostimulators and biomodulators. After work, she loves swimming and dancing. Gemma graduated from the University of Manchester in 2014 and worked in one of our Winsford practices for a number of years before our 2022 merger . With patient care as her top priority, Gemma offers a very comfortable clinical environment to ensure patients are relaxed and happy with any required treatment. As well as general dentistry, Gemma takes a particular interest in teeth whitening and offers Philips Zoom and premium Enlighten teeth whitening home kits to her patients including in-chair treatments for patients that desire an instant result. Gemma also offers ClearCorrect clear aligners to her patients who are looking for teeth straightening options. Gemma returned from maternity leave in October 2023 and is very excited to be back treating her patients!

Isabel is very proud to be Portuguese born and bred, though she studied dentistry in Spain, graduating in 2002 from the University of Santiago de Compostela. She moved to the UK in 2003 to practice dentistry, offering a wide range of treatment options to NHS patients and for patients wanting private cosmetic work. She completed her MJDF examination in 2015. Isabel works at our {my}dentist practice and others throughout the North West. She has a special interest in endodontic treatment (root fillings), and also provides short-term orthodontic treatment with ClearCorrect clear braces, which is similar to Invisalign, to bring patients confidence in their smiles with straight teeth. Outside of work, Isabel enjoys spending time with her partner and two young children.

Nehan was born in Pakistan, though later moved to Saudi Arabia and in 2009 came to the UK. With both parents working as doctors, and a passion for science and medicine, Nehan was inspired to become a dentist, graduating from the European University of Madrid in 2022. Joining the team in Winsford in February 2023, Nehan enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, but also offers home teeth whitening with Philips Zoom and Enlighten premium whitening to patients who want to achieve a whiter and brighter smile. Outside of work, Nehan is happily married and loves spending time with family and friends, whether that be at a restaurant or seeing a movie. She also doesn’t mind a little bit of Indian dancing!

Rija Siddiqui GDP Qualified from: Statutory Exam 2023 BDS DOW University of Health Sciences, Karachi 2018 GDC No: 298295

Rija was born and raised in Pakistan, qualifying from the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi in 2018 and then moving to the UK later that year. Due to COVID, Rija was unable to take her ORE exam until 2023 to practice as a dentist in the UK, so to keep her skills in top-shape she worked as a dental nurse and then a hygienist which developed her passion for helping people gain confidence in their smile. After completing her ORE, Rija joined the team in Winsford where she enjoys aesthetic and restorative dentistry, but also oral surgery such as extractions. Rija also offers Philips Zoom and Enlighten teeth whitening to bring bright white smiles, and very soon wants to expand her knowledge to offer further aesthetic treatment to her patients. Outside of work, Rija has a spirit for adventure and enjoys swimming, gym, photography, exploring new places, and eating at different restaurants and cafes, all of which is made better by the company of her young daughter.

Ves qualified in Sofia in 2006, working in a private practice in Bulgaria until 2010 when he moved to Newton Abbot in Devon to practice dentistry in the UK. Ves joined the team at Winsford in 2018. Over his career, Ves has taken a keen interest in endodontic and periodontal treatments, achieving a diploma in root canal treatment and a certificate in periodontology. In 2014, he enrolled on a 3 year MSc postgraduate programme in Endodontology to further his skills. In 2023, Ves began taking referrals for complex endodontics (root canal treatment), treating patients from Winsford and other local practices. Ves is experienced in root canal, gum disease and extraction treatments, offering comfortable non-surgical extractions to his patients and a private alternative to the waiting lists. Ves enjoys providing cosmetic treatments with both composite and porcelain veneers. Outside of dentistry, Ves is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He loves a relaxing holiday, however, to feel energised he thoroughly enjoys powerlifting.
