Moeed is a local family man committed to the practice and the community. On completion of his dentistry degree at the University of Liverpool (with honours) in 2013, Moeed has worked as a Dental Practitioner and has been with the practice since January 2016. He has a keen interest in Restorative Dentistry completing many postgraduation courses including the Diploma in Implant Dentistry (DipImp) at Newcastle University where he graduated with a merit. Moeed has been an Educational Supervisor since 2020 – a role which he mentors and trains newly qualified dentists in the area. He believes that giving someone the confidence to face the world with a big smile can make a huge difference to people’s quality of life. He places importance on precision and meticulous attention to detail to deliver the highest possible standard of care and treatment whilst ensuring his patients feel comfortable and confident with him. Moeed takes pride in all aspects of his work offering private orthodontic (teeth straightening) and aesthetic treatments (veneers/crowns / bridges etc.) to create great smiles for his patients. His interests outside dentistry include travelling, reading, and watching films.

Paul Lancashire has many years of experience in delivering excellent standards of dental treatment; he qualified with honours at the University of Wales in 1992.Following qualification, Paul worked as a junior house officer in Cardiff dental hospital after which he returned to our local area and entered General Dental Practice. During this time Paul has been a vocational trainer for newly qualified dentists.Paul prides himself on all aspects of his work and engaging with his patients. His ambition has always been to develop and care for a happy and contented patient base.He takes great satisfaction in creating healthy, happy and confident smiles but also in ensuring that his patients feel comfortable and confident. Paul is committed to his work but loves his family life, especially spending time with his grandson. His interests include enjoying a relaxing read, studying 20th century history, travel and playing his guitar badly

Karen Sigsworth Hygienist

Karen qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1990 at Kings College Dental Hospital in London. She spent the next seven years working in private practices in Surrey before returning to her home town Teesside in 1997. Karen now works in several {my}dentist and independent practices across the area, joining {my}dentist in 2016. She enjoys treating nervous patients, helping them gain in confidence and loves to see improvement in their oral health. In 2018 she completed the BSc (Hons) degree in Dental Studies at the University of Central Lancashire. In her free time Karen is a season ticket holder at Middlesbrough Football Club
