Ioana grew up in Timisoara, Romania, and has over 20 years of experience in general dentistry. She attended Nikolaus Lenau Lyzeum, a German secondary school, and is fluent in English, Romanian, and German. Ioana earned her DMD with High Honours from Victor Babeş University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2002. After completing her residency at Timisoara Emergency Hospital, she worked in private practice in Romania and the UK, continually advancing her education.
Since 2015, Ioana has been part of mydentist Coalville, where she delivers professional, high-quality care in a relaxed and friendly environment. She treats her patients like family, combining extensive technical skills with a gentle approach, especially for nervous patients. Recently, she began offering clear aligner treatments alongside her broad range of dental services.
Outside work, Ioana is a passionate sports fan who enjoys hiking, climbing, and running—activities inspired by childhood holidays spent in the mountains with her grandmother. She is often accompanied by her beloved vizsla, Myla. When not working or outdoors, she’s likely at the gym or catching up on rest.
