Norman Pege graduated in 1998 from the Medical University of Southern Africa (now Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Since joining mydentist in 2005, he has grown to become a valued member of our team. He prides himself on caring for both patients and his colleagues; his caring, nurturing nature shines through, making everyone’s day a little brighter. Known for his warm, patient-centred approach, he excels in putting nervous patients at ease. He enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and is passionate about creating positive dental experiences. He has fostered long-lasting relationships with both patients and the dedicated team. In addition to NHS treatments, Norman offers a broad range of private services and is particularly skilled in ClearCorrect short-term clear aligner treatment. Rohith Prabhakar was awarded the Young Dentist of the Year award in 2024 and was recognised again as a finalist in 2025 within mydentist. He is a forward‑thinking clinician with a strong focus on smile transformations, particularly teeth straightening and composite bonding. After qualifying in 2017, Rohith returned to the UK and gained valuable experience working within an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department as a Dental Core Trainee, developing a solid foundation in both surgical and restorative care. He is known for his attention to detail, calm approach and ability to create natural‑looking smiles that enhance confidence. Rohith provides treatments including ClearCorrect aligners, composite bonding and bespoke smile makeovers tailored to each individual. Velichko (known by us as Vel) graduated in 1999 from the Dental Faculty of the Medical University of Plovdiv, earning his degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine. He joined our team in 2012 and has since been dedicated to providing high-quality family dentistry. He frequently works alongside his skilled nurse, Elly, to ensure patients have a comfortable dental experience.Vel is deeply committed to promoting oral health education, particularly among children. He regularly provides ‘kids club’ to help inform and educate the younger generation on how to look after their oral health. Outside the world of dentistry, Vel is known for his adventurous spirit. He enjoys cycling and exploring remote locations and has had the privilege of reaching the base camps of both Mount Everest and K2, he has even been traveling to Antarctica. His passion for adventure is mirrored in his meticulous and perfectionist approach to dentistry and providing his patients with outstanding care.

Ellie joined {my}dentist in 2021 after graduating with honor's from the University of Portsmouth. She provides our practice with routine dental hygiene care and offers non-surgical periodontal therapy for the treatment of gum disease with the latest state of the art technology; EMS airflow, a system which utilizes warm water and gentle powders to achieve optimal results and excellent stain removal. You may also be referred to Ellie for restorative treatments such as composite (tooth coloured) fillings. She has completed post graduate qualifications in Smilefast, an innovative composite bonding system. Ellie has a special interest in cosmetic treatments such as whitening and currently provides the industry leading brands Boutique, Enlighten and Phillips Zoom.
