Mr Mohit Chand is a Specialist Orthodontist dedicated to creating life‑changing smiles. He graduated from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital and brings over 10 years of experience in providing high‑quality orthodontic care. Mr Chand is highly skilled in treating patients of all ages, using fixed braces and clear aligners to achieve straight teeth and healthy, well‑balanced bites. Whether managing younger patients and carefully overseeing their facial and dental development, or addressing the aesthetic and functional concerns of adult patients, he offers tailored treatment to meet each individual’s orthodontic needs. He works closely not only with the dentists within our own practice, but also with colleagues from other practices who refer patients to him, ensuring the best possible outcomes. He diligently checks that patients are happy with their progress at every stage of their treatment. Outside of the clinic, Mr Chand enjoys keeping fit, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Paulo graduated from Lisbon university in 1999 and after some years, developed a passion for implantology. He completed the Dental Implantology course IX and was awarded a diploma by the International Team of Implantology in 2010. Paulo had over 3 years experience of placing dental implants in his home country Portugal and moved to the UK in 2013, where he later continued his passion and education. In 2020 he was awarded a PG Diploma in dental Implantology from Salford University and now has over a decade of experience placing dental implants in a variety of locations in the UK. Paulo is committed to providing his patients the highest standard of treatment and patient journey. He continues to attend courses to upskill and keep up to date with all the latest treatments, technology and guidance. As well as his passion for dental implants, Paulo developed an interest in teeth straightening. Paulo is offering a discreet, fast and comfortable way for patients to straighten their teeth with ClearCorrect clear aligners. Fiona graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2018, completing postgraduate training in Edinburgh and then working in NHS general practice for several years. Seeking new challenges, she left Scotland to work as a locum dentist for the UK Armed Forces and decided to settle in Lincolnshire. She now works as a dentist in the community setting, focusing on the care of patients with additional needs.Fiona has a particular interest in periodontics and likes to take a modern, holistic approach to patient care using the principles of positive psychology. She aims to empower patients to take control of their own health by offering preventative advice based on the most up-to-date research. She is also interested in the management of TMJD and sleep dentistry, and provides anti-snoring appliances in the practice.Fiona has also undergone further training in mental health and anxiety management, and particularly enjoys helping those who are nervous of dentists feel more comfortable by striving to create a non-judgmental, welcoming atmosphere. Fiona often attends courses covering all aspects of general dentistry, and especially likes to keep up with the latest improvements in dental technologies and materials. In her spare time, Fiona enjoys hiking, photography, and fitness.

Suresh Sami qualified in 1997 at the University of Malaya before relocating to Lincolnshire in 2004 to enhance his skills and take on new professional challenges. With a wealth of experience in providing high‑quality dental care and private cosmetic treatments, he is dedicated to his profession and passionate about educating patients on maintaining excellent oral health. He continually develops his skills to ensure he remains at the forefront of modern dentistry. Suresh’s expertise spans a wide range of services, including teeth straightening with aligners, smile makeovers, dental implants and a variety of cosmetic treatments. He is also highly experienced in facial aesthetics and rejuvenation, offering anti‑wrinkle injections, fillers, threading and more. He has a particular passion for natural rejuvenation and CUTISLIFT treatment, allowing him to provide patients with the latest techniques in facial enhancement.

Alex qualified in 2000 from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Growing up, Alex spent a lot of time in dental practices as his mother is also a dentist. Inspired by her, Alex perused a career in dentistry, with a focus on providing each patient with compassion and skill to change their lives with a simple smile. Alex primarily works on our NHS contract, where his regular patients always leave with a smile. His approachable demeanour allows patients to feel at ease and comfortable to ask any questions. As a general dentist, Alex loves the variety of treatments his patients need, from fillings to dentures. However, he has a particular passion for extractions, his calm, gentle approach ensures patients feel safe and relaxed during the procedure. In his free time Alex enjoys swimming, martial arts and spending time with his dogs.

Plamen Tatishev graduated as a Dental Surgeon in Bulgaria in 1999 and opened his own private practice the following year. He registered to practise in the UK in 2010, focusing on private dentistry and delivering high‑quality care to his patients. Throughout his career, Plamen has invested heavily in advanced dental education, developing particular expertise in Advanced Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, and both surgical and non‑surgical Periodontics. His unique skill set allows him to diagnose, treat, and restore complex cases himself, offering patients comprehensive care under one clinician and reducing the need for multiple referrals. Since joining mydentist Queen Street, Louth in 2014, Plamen has built a strong reputation for his commitment to private dentistry. Loraine qualified as a Dental Nurse in 1990 but had been working as a Dental Nurse since 1983. She worked at the DPoW Hospital as an Orthodontic Nurse and qualified as an Orthodontic Nurse in 2008 from the Charles Clifford Dental Hospital, Sheffield. Loraine qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist in 2011 with a Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy from the Royal College of Surgeons England via the Yorkshire Orthodontic Therapy course at Leeds Dental Institute.Loraine is passionate about braces and loves working in orthodontics as we all work together on the teeth straightening journey here in Grimsby. Loraine enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Sharni Mason began her career in dentistry as a dental nurse, qualifying in 2021. Motivated to expand her skills and take on new challenges, she went on to study Dental Therapy at the University of Central Lancashire, qualifying in 2023. As a dental therapist, Sharni provides a wide range of treatments. Alongside standard hygiene treatment and stain‑removal appointments, she delivers beautifully crafted composite fillings and takes great pride in helping all of her patients work towards their dream smile. She also manages numerous teeth whitening cases, supporting patients throughout their entire journey, from initial consultation to final results. Sharni is extremely dedicated to continual professional development and regularly undertakes additional courses to broaden her skill set and stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Outside of her time in practice, Sharni enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym, reading and caring for her dog, Teddy.
