Tina McGowan began her career in dentistry in 1987 as a Student Dental Nurse in her hometown of Weymouth. She gained her Dental Nursing qualification at Cardiff Dental School in 1991 and, after training at King’s College Hospital, London, qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1993. In 2001, Tina further expanded her skill set by qualifying as a Dental Therapist through Liverpool University, allowing her to carry out additional procedures such as fillings and extractions. Since 2003, Tina has been working in her home county of Dorset, where she has built a wealth of experience across NHS, private, and corporate dentistry. Known for her dedication to patient care, she continues to stay up to date with professional development and extended duties. Georgia Barry graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2022 with a qualification in Dental Hygiene Therapy. She is qualified to provide a wide range of treatments, including fillings for adults and children, extractions for children and comprehensive gum‑health care. Georgia is particularly passionate about helping reduce dental anxiety. She takes a calm, caring approach to ensure every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Zuzanna Sadura began her career in dentistry in 2010 as a trainee dental nurse and quickly discovered how much she loved the profession. She completed her NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing at Bournemouth and Poole College in 2012, gaining experience across both NHS and private practices. Over time, her interest in dental hygiene and therapy grew, inspiring her to pursue further training. Her passion and determination led her to study Dental Therapy and Hygiene at the University of Plymouth – Peninsula Dental School, where she graduated in 2019. Zuzanna now works as a dental therapist and truly enjoys every aspect of her role. Her favourite treatments include teeth whitening and composite bonding, as she loves helping patients feel more confident in their smiles. She also enjoys working with children and supporting anxious patients, taking a gentle and reassuring approach to care. Zuzanna lives in Dorset and, outside of mydentist, she enjoys spending time with her two miniature Yorkshire terriers, as well as her family and friends. She loves long strolls along the seafront and finds gardening a relaxing way to unwind.

Dr Sara Belo graduated from the University of Porto in 2016 with a master’s degree in Dentistry. She has a strong passion for rebuilding smiles using minimally invasive techniques, focusing on straightening teeth and enhancing aesthetics while preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible. Sara works exclusively in Orthodontics, the field of dentistry dedicated to diagnosing, preventing and correcting misaligned teeth, jaws and bite patterns. She has completed extensive postgraduate training, including a Diploma in Intensive Advanced Biomechanics in Clear Aligner Technique, a Diploma in Treating Growing Patients with Clear Aligners, a postgraduate diploma and a Master’s in Clear Aligner Orthodontics and Facial Orthopaedics. In recognition of her expertise, she was awarded “Best Orthodontic Treatment with Clear Aligners” in September 2023. She provides clear aligner treatment for patients of all ages — children, teens and adults — and is a strong believer in early intervention when appropriate. Introducing teeth‑straightening techniques early can help reduce the risk of crowding, bite issues, trauma and the need for more complex treatment later on. Known for her gentle and caring approach, Sara helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their orthodontic journey.
